Right after you book one of our trips, ever on-line booking or at our office, you enter into a contractual relationship with Vietnamdeluxetravel.net.

The terms “we”, “us” are attributed to Vietnamdeluxetravel.net and the terms “you”, “the customer” are attributed to travelers who purchase the services of Vietnamdeluxetravel.net. 

All communications and confirmation documents (by email or fax, etc.) between the clients and Vietnamdeluxetravel.net to be considered as a contract.

Terms of Sales:

1. Passport, visa

Before you buy the tours, please ensure that you meet the requirements in terms of:

- Passport: generally valid for at least 6 months before the date of arrival.

- Visa: According to Resolution No. 32/NQ-CP issued by the Vietnamese Government on March 15, 2022, it stipulates the list of countries that are exempt from visas to Vietnam: As officially announced, as of 2023, citizens of 25 countries can travel to Vietnam and remain in the country for 14 to 45 days (depending on nationality) without having to apply for a visa.

To enter Vietnam those citizens only need a valid passport with at least 2 blank pages.

Remember to check your visa before coming to Vietnam. We also support our guests to do the visa stamp on arrival at International Airports but we both need to check and inform each other in advance. Otherwise, Vietnamdeluxetravel.net will not have any responsibility if you are not allow to go inside our country as well as other countries of destination.

Conditions for Vietnam Visa Exemption

To enter Vietnam with a Vietnam visa exemption, eligible travelers are required to ensure:

  • their passport valid for at least 6 months following their date of arrival in Vietnam; and
  • their passport has at least 02 blank pages.

For the tourists need to do visa entering Vietnam:

Vietnam evisa or Vietnam electronic visa (symbolized as EV) has been introduced by the Vietnam Immigration Department since February 2, 2017. This kind of Vietnamese visa is applied for and issued online.

A Vietnam evisa shows the following details:

  • Full name, Date of birth, Sex, Nationality, Passport Number, Passport’s Expiry date of the evisa holder
  • Travel dates (visa validity)
  • Entry port
  • Purpose of entry
  • Inviting/ guaranteeing agency/ organization and its address, phone number (if any)
  • Unique QR code which shows some details about the evisa holder, including Passport number and nationality.

It does not carry a red stamp of the Vietnam Government authority as it is issued online.Visa on arrival (VOA) is a convenient way to get a valid visa for Vietnam. It is now available for both tourist and business travelers. Notes:

  • Visa on arrival is available for Air travelers. Those arriving by land or cruise are required to contact the local Vietnam embassy to get a full Vietnam visa before departure.
  • Visa on arrival must be picked up at Vietnam airports after landing. You will have a letter of visa approval (copy one sent you before) and come to get stamp at the authority office.
  • To fasten and smooth out your process of getting visa stamped at Vietnam airports; consider using our Airport services that we can offer you.

2. Travel insurance 

Travel insurance is mandatory on all our trips. You must have your own international travel insurance covering at least medical and repatriation costs in the event of an accident. Your travel insurance must be confirmed upon departure.

And right after you confirm to booking tour with us, you send us the information of Air tickets, number of rooms, rooming list, passports photoes...and we will send you back the detail of the tour for final with our Invoice for DEPOSIT the tour. Our booking will do via:

4. Price of the trip

The price of your trip is based on a cost known at the time of sending our quote. Upon payment of the deposit (or your entire trip), we guarantee the price of your trip (excluding changes on your part). However, certain cases of force majeure may force us to readjust our prices in order to comply with the travel conditions as described in the quote. These force majeure cases may be:

- An unpredictable and significant increase in our local service providers (hotels, trains, planes, junks, boats, road vehicles, etc.) - a very significant currency fluctuation having a considerable impact on the exchange rate- an appearance of a new tax instituted by the government. Proof of these force majeure cases will be provided to the customer. In these cases of force majeure, even after payment of the deposit, the customer can refuse these increases and cancel the trip. We undertake to reimburse you for the deposit you paid.

5. Payment

To reserve your services, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total price. The deposit must be paid into our account, that is filled in our INVOICE sent to you. As soon as this amount is paid, a written confirmation will be sent to you to certify the precise amount paid with the dates, signatures and stamp of our company and also the reservation procedure will be effective. Your payment can be made by:

- Bank Transfer

- Online Paypal or other methods

The balance of 50% will be paid either before your departure or upon your arrival in Vietnam. Please note that bank charges is on your responsibility and is not included in our quotation for the trip.

6. Travel modifications

The reservation of your travel services will only be made after we have received all the information mentioned above and your travel deposit. In the event that a particular service (hotel, plane, etc.) is no longer available at the time of booking, we will offer you replacements of similar or greater value.

We reserve the right:

- to make minor changes to the program at any time and without notice, these changes not giving rise to any reimbursement on our part.

- to change the program and its details without prior notice in the event of flight cancellation, airline schedule changes or due to a lack of available seats.

However, if we are obliged to make major changes to your program, we will try to inform you as soon as possible and offer you the following choices:

- Accept the planned changes and probably with a refund.

- Buy another of our trips (paying extra if the trip is more expensive or receiving a refund of the difference if the trip is cheaper).

- Cancel your trip; we will then refund you all payments already made.

7. Cancellation of the trip

On our part, we reserve the right to cancel your trip for the following reasons:

- Failure to make payments from your part.

- Force majeure (1) However, in all cases, we make every effort to find an alternative by offering a solution of similar value.On your part, any cancellation must be sent an email informing us. At any time, we will refund your entire deposit or your total payment after deducting the costs generated by this cancellation:

- the cancellation fee for domestic plane tickets (if yes) which is requested by the airlines.

- possible costs of cancellation of certain services (accommodation, transport, etc.) in which case the amount will be derisory. The amount of the cancellation fees will be retained on our account. The difference will be refunded to you by bank transfer. Bank charges will be on your responsibility.

8. Unused services

Any trip shortened or interrupted, or any land, river, sea or air service not consumed for any reason, you will not have any reimbursement from us. However, in the event of travel interruption for health reasons, we will make every effort to obtain full or partial reimbursement from service providers for unused services.

9. Responsibilities

We are the intermediary between the customer and the various service providers (airlines, hotels, transporters, restaurants, boats, etc.). We must do our best to ensure the best quality of services, but we cannot be confused with these various service providers, who, in any case, are responsible for their services.

We cannot be held responsible:

- harmful consequences resulting from a force majeure event (bad weather, natural disaster, political problem, strike).

- consequences linked to schedule or airport changes; consequences linked to delays, impediments, or cancellation of air transport and rail transport flights.

- theft or damage to personal items in hotels.forgotten,

- lost or damaged personal items.

- damages committed by our passengers.

- costs incurred by an accident....

However, in all circumstances, we will do our utmost to find an alternative solution by offering you a solution of similar value.We accept our responsibilities if the services we have undertaken to provide to you have not been as described, or to a reasonable standard. We further agree to take responsibility for any act of omission on the part of one of our employees, agents, suppliers or subcontractors (provided that they are in the exercise of their functions under our authorization. The maximum amount that we may agree to reimburse you may in no case exceed the price of your trip and the daily compensation may not exceed 20 USD per person. The maximum applies only in the event that your trip went badly and if you did not derive any satisfaction from it. In all other cases, we reserve the right to offer you compensation at our sole discretion, of course taking into account all parameters.

10. Complaints/Disputes

Any complaint relating to a trip or stay must be informed to our local tour guide or the tour advisor and we will try to admend all the services. It is specified that any claim/complaint must be made by phone call, e-mail, or by another means. In the event of difficulties, both parties must endeavor to seek an amicable solution to their dispute. In the event of disputes and/or complaints, the “Vietnam International Arbitration Center” under the “Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry” will have sole jurisdiction.

We are not responsible in the the major forces:

(1) war or threat of war, riots, natural or nuclear disaster, port blockade, looting, fires and any terrorist activity, bad weather, epidemic, quarantine or any similar event.

(2) cancellation, modification, diversion of a domestic or international flight.

(3) refusal or cancellation of visa, deportation to the border by the Competent Authorities.

(4) loss, theft, voluntary or involuntary destruction of passport and/or official papers.
